In and around the area there are numerous company HQs including Virgin Media Inc, BMW Group Financial Services, Serco and HP. Local attractions include the Grade II listed Tylney Hall Park and the open space of Hook Common. Hook station's main entrance leads into a concourse with a ticket counter on the right and a waiting room to the left. Platform 1 is directly outside, and connects to platform 2 via a footbridge. There are toilets on platform 1. Another entrance leads on to platform 2 from a supermarket car park. Both platforms have ticket machines, and there is cycle storage and a car park in front of the concourse. Platform two is accessible to wheelchair users. Interchange - Footbridge consists of 47 steps. Wheelchair users can cross via roadbridge 10 mins. Overview - Hook is a fully accessible station.
